2025-07-01Worst customer service the lady had a very bad attitude. She cut my natural nails after I told her many times not to cut them and she said it doesn’t matter they will grow back an all that mattered was the presentation. I am very upset because those were my natural nails that took me very long to grow and take care of, and I am extremely embarrassed of how horrible of a job. I will definitely not be going back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AN TIME!

2025-10-25First time customer and last time I'll be here. Haven't even had my service yet. Currently sitting with my friend waiting for our appointment that I booked the day before. Still haven't been seen and not a single nail tech is available. All have just started their Next time just tell me 9:15am wont work cause I'd rather sit at home waiting for my appointment than in the shop. Guess people dont show up on time for their shifts here. That was the update we were just given.
