Prestige Nails - Non Toxic Salon

I had the mani pedi this afternoon… the pedicure was a positive experience. The manicure on the other hand… yikes. I’m not very picky, but when I’m paying a lot of money for a service, I expect it to not be messy or rushed. I’ve been getting builder gel/hard gel for 5+ years now. I had a great salon in north park area that I was loyal to, and then we moved up to the Escondido area. I’ve been looking for a new go-to salon, and I thought this would be it since the reviews are pretty good? I’m pretty upset with how my manicure turned out. It’s sloppy, the nails aren’t filed evenly, and the design is something I could’ve done in my sleep (it’s smeared In multiple places?)… I paid $10 for this design, $10 to trim my cuticles (and they look worse than before…), and another $70 for the hard gel? I’ve never spent this much on a manicure and it’s the worst quality manicure I’ve ever gotten. The tech seemed rushed to get to another client… Long story short, I’m requesting a full refund on the manicure, and if I don’t receive a response, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card. I plan on going back to my original spot tomorrow to have them redone.

This is my go to spot. Lynn always does my nails, Lynn is always down for whatever design I request. Alva always does my pedicure, Alva gives great massages as well. I recommend both Lynn and Alva! They both are extremely talented and caring. It’s the best customer service. It’s a clean and professional salon. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly.

Alva is amazing! She immediately treated me like family and I’m never going anywhere else for my services!! All the staff are very sweet, hardworking and welcoming too! My nails haven’t ever grown as fast as they currently do and it has to be because I made the switch to non-toxic products. If you’re thinking of it, don’t think!! You won’t be disappointed 😊

This is such an amazing nail place! Both myself, my mom and my sister have gone here multiple times and have had amazing experiences every time! They are so clean, kind and friendly! A big bonus point is that it is a completely non toxic salon ! I have never had such beautiful artwork done on my nails before and the gel they use lasts forever!!! Lyn, Linda, and Ivy are some of our personal favs!! Xo

Pls do not come here. Go somewhere else where it’s cheaper and better quality 😂. $35 for a regular manicure is a little crazy to me unless the service was above and beyond which it was not. They over charge for EVERYTHING and messed up my nails the very first time I came. The nails never dried and i was there for over an hour for a regular nail polish manicure… The manager blamed it on the “quality of the polish”. They did give me a $25 credit… I came back a few days later and they told me I could do gel and it would work for the certificate without telling me i’d have to pay extra of any sorta and still charged me $30 after i already had a bad experience the first time making a regular gel manicure $60!! that is insane to me😭. Make that make sense. I work in customer service, I have for the last 3 years so i HATE to complain but this was wild. DO NOT GO HERE The picture below is literally 3 days after i came in… Ridiculous
