As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ben, hopefully I got his name right, so great everyone was so kind and so sweet. I think this is the most comfortable in a while at a nail salon in a sense of hospitality. Leah did my nails. I did a soak off and then got the gel X nails. At first I was going to get acrylic but Leah explained to me that what I explained fit more with gel X nails. And boy was she right. I also got my toes done by Henry. And I'm very satisfied with the outcome. He did a very good job cleaning and shaping my toenails and applying gel Also was offered sparkling water or regular water and it was very delightful I have a new favorite drink, sparkling grapefruit water. The salon is beautiful, very clean. Clear communication on what you're getting and prices. Not once was I confused about how much I was spending which is also so nice. I love this place! Always clean and the staff are super sweet. This set was by far one of the BEST nail services i’ve had. The nail tech Mei did this was very talented, it was mostly hand drawn. I’m overjoyed with the result!!

Another amazing experience at Q Nails with Leah! She's the best nail technician I've had, and I've been bopping around the east and west coast getting my nails done. She does an incredible and thorough job every time ♡♡♡

Visiting from out of town and chose this place due to positive reviews. Staff is very nice and place was packed, but I would not return nor can recommend. Maybe Tucson doesn’t have the same requirements as other states Nail equipment used was not sanitized between clients, didn’t observe any cleaning of stations between customers, no warm towels and lotion used for hand massage has a Marshall’s label on it. I skipped on pedicure as a result. $30 for basic manicure, more for gel so it’s not a bargain. I pay that much or less at my regular salon. I’m not a Germaphobic but a few years ended up with a nail fungus from a salon so I’m a bit more cautious.

What a delightful experience! I came here for a pedicure and the experience completely surpassed my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at home. Ben greeted me so kindly and offered me sparkling or still water. It was such a welcoming vibe. I booked with Don and he gave me the best pedicure that I've ever had in a nail salon. Not only was the pedicure amazing, but he is a kind and genuine person. The decor is beautiful, the salon is impeccably clean and the service is great. Although this salon is about 35 minutes from my house, it's well worth the trip and I'll be coming here in the future. Thank you Q Nails, Ben and Don
