I went here for the first time and took a last appt on a Saturday. Although it was close to closing time I was welcomed and helped immediately. I never felt like Hannah was rushed. She took the time needed to ensure my hands and nails were exceptionally done. The salon boutique is charming and I felt very relaxed. All the staff were friendly and appeared to really enjoy working here. They have a new client for sure. I really loved the way my nails turned out. I got the dazzle polish (i think it’s called that), it dries fast and lasts longer than the regular.

I’ve just returned from my appointment and I’m extremely disappointed with the results of my brow wax. I came here specifically because the place that usually does my brows was booked until next week. There were issues from the start at this location. I initially picked a time that they apparently accidentally had listed as available. I was called and asked to come in right away, which was okay since I was close to the location, though this was still an inconvenience. I already have sort of sparse brows, but a good shaping makes them pop. I showed an image of what my brows usually look like as a reference and yet I somehow ended up with half an eyebrow on each side (both of which are blocky) by the end of this appointment. They’re also too far apart. They look nothing like the picture I showed her. This was not worth the $25. This is especially disappointing because I had an event to attend later that evening. I will not be returning to this location, ever. The first image is what my brows should’ve looked like and the second is how they ended up.

What can one say other than it’s an awesome place. Staff make you so welcome, customers are all smiles, and then you leave feeling s so pampered and looking good. I am a man, I was goven a pedi as a gift 4 years ago and I have been back every 6 weeks since then. I h h honestly look forward to my visits and never had a staff member who didn’t do an incredible job, shout out to Danelle what she has done with my nails and toes makes me feel so good, I go home and take a blissful nap. I can say that there is no place like green toes, little bit of heaven in Tucson.

After my visit, I received an email asking me for a 5 star review. I wish I could. And I almost could. I arrived early, was greeted warmly, offered a glass of water (much appreciated after my 6km walk from home). I have a very good TWO hour massage. The therapist was excellent and did not hesitate to apply as much pressure as needed (as I requested). So what went wrong. Massage finished and I was getting dressed. After only 5 minutes, there was a pounding on the door to hurry up and finish getting dressed so they could prep the room for the next client. To be honest, after being horizontal for two hours and having my muscles worked hard, I guess i was moving just a little slow. On my way out, I apologized for taking 6 minutes. The receptionist repeated that they needed to prep the room and wished me a good walk home. I guess that's their business model. And I guess i don't have to support it.

I had the best manicure experience at this nail salon. My nail technician, Elise, was professional and knowledgeable. She also was very personable and easy to chat with, which made the experience more comfortable for this somewhat awkward gal. The salon looked and smelled clean, and I loved the atmosphere. It seemed everyone there wanted to be there, including the employees.
