Final Touch Nail Spa

I just started going to this nail place and I’ve already decided it’s going to be my new regular place! The wait isn’t too long, I can request a specific stylist if I want to, and they have everything I want. I have really short nails because I pick at them, but I wanted something cute for Christmas so I asked for an acrylic tip to be put on, and the. Dip powder on top with a cute white polka dot pattern and that’s EXACTLY what I got! I asked for Helen for my mani because I have heard so many good things about her work, and I’m so glad I did! She is so sweet and her skills are awesome! I’ve never gotten my nails done before so I didn’t know how long it was going to take, and she went so fast I was so happy to not have to wait there too long. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure how to explain it. I showed her a picture and she went right to work making my nails look perfect! I also work in a physical labor job, so I needed my nails to be not too long, and Helen was awesome for checking with me when she was doing my nails to make sure the length was perfect for me - and it was, it turned out exactly how I wanted. She was really gentle, and we talked the whole time so I never felt bored. They also have boba tea that you can order while you’re getting your nails done! I didn’t order anything this time but I might next time because all of the flavors looked so good on the menu! I definitely recommend this place if you want to get your nails done! The wait is not that long, even when there is a line (I only waited 20 minutes if not shorter than that), the quality is amazing, the people are friendly, the place is clean, and they have so many different colors/chrome/gel/cat eye, it’s so awesome. I definitely recommend Helen and Randi, they’ve been so good the last couple times I’ve gone and I will be coming back! Thank you :)

I’m really sad to make this review. I love this salon and have always had amazing experiences. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming — he even brought complimentary boba teas for everyone, which was such a thoughtful touch! My pedicure was amazing and I really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my manicure experience was very disappointing. The technician cut me multiple times (about 5–6) with the drill, and several of my fingers were bleeding. It was painful and left my hands sore. I brought it to the attention of two other technicians at the end of my appointment and asked for a discount due to the poor service and injury, but they only offered $5 off, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. I truly wish the owner had been present, because based on his kindness earlier, I’m confident he would have handled the situation with more care and understanding. I left very upset and unsatisfied. On top of that my technician did not inform me that the design I wanted needed to be airbrushed. I ended up paying over $130 for a manicure, pedicure, and bleeding cuticles.

I've been to other Final Touch Nail Spa, but first time I've been to this one at this location. Everyone there was really nice and welcoming and I liked my nail technician as she was great at following your pictures and replicating them. I only knocked off one star as after a couple of days, my chrome nail polish started to peel and chip. Update: it's been 4 days and now nail has chipped and has gotten worse on my thumb, index finger, and middle finger. Disappointed that I paid $58 for my nails to last less than a week. Knocking off a second star.

I came to Final Touch Nails & Spa for the first time and got a full set of guava cat eye gel nails with pink rose details, plus a pedicure — and I’m seriously in love! 💅🌸 Tracy did such a beautiful job. The design was so pretty and detailed, and my pedicure was relaxing and left my feet feeling incredibly soft thanks to the sugar scrub treatment. I even got matching designs on my hands and feet, which turned out perfectly! The salon is super clean, relaxing, and friendly — they really take their time and care about quality. They do really good designs here, and I highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself to beautiful nails and a great experience. I have been going to this location since they opened and they never fail to do an amazing job! I’ve had multiple staff members do pedicures, nails, full sets, and fills and have never been disappointed!
