Emily did my nails and she did an AMAZING job!!! In the photos you will see what I wanted vs what I got and I LOVE what I got. She was very meticulous, kind and professional. Can’t wait to book with her again!!!

Horrible!! Went 2 weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Emily. Today unfortunately she was not there. The store attempted to accommodate and what I asked for I DID NOT get ! I was still charged a “discounted fee” regardless of showing them the work done (see images). Instead of correcting the nails. A discount was NOT necessary I wanted my nails done ! I was told the manger would do the set AND DID NOT after expressing I DID NOT like the work. I was referred to ANOTHER SALON THEY OWN LU NAILS. Unfortunately I have tried that nail salon in the past and was unsuccessful as well. Not a great start to my birthday weekend by any means and unfortunately I could not sit to have them taken off due to previous engagement. If you wear acrylic good luck on your endeavors here. HOT MESS .

I always have a great experience at Blissful. I have been coming since they opened about a year ago. It is clean, comfortable, and well staffed. My nails always look great, and they have so many options to choose from. I used to do acrylics, but they got me on tap gel and it is so much stronger and longer lasting. Emily is one of my favorite to see. She is quick and efficient and does great work.

Got charged $80 for this. Incredibly messy service and not at all what I asked for. Please don't say you can do a service then not do it. My nails look awful. Last time I'm coming here. Photos are what I wanted versus what I got. Like what?? How are you going to dust some eyeshadow on black acrylic and say that's the same thing. The shaping also?? Waited 30+ minutes and then got rushed through my service and ended up with garbage nails. Update: Nikki reached out an offered to fix the nails to get what I originally asked for at her other salon. She advised that the service was not done properly, and she would get it right. I appreciate her prompt response. Nikki has done my nails at this location before and was always kind, courteous, and produces wonderful results. Thank you Nikki!

Blissful Nails was incredible! The best nail salon experience I’ve had since being in Auburn! I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. Sophia was AMAZING! She spent lots of time on the shape and paid such good attention to detail. She even walked me to my car with an umbrella when I was leaving! Will be returning!!
