I also enjoyed that they give complimentary water and you have to check in via kiosk! This really makes checking out seamless! Also a family friendly atmosphere if you have to bring the little ones!

They have a point system where 5 visits gets you 10% off a visit. I live in Columbus and won't go to any of the salons there. I'll make the drive up here every time.
