This was the best spa experience I have ever had. What a treat. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by courteous, professional staff They knew exactly who I was and where I needed to go. We had a private conference space that had a nice refreshment offering of water, coffee, a few snacks. I most appreciated the offer for hot tea (I am not a coffee drinker). That was a great special touch. The ladies working upstairs showed me where I needed to go, communicated well about the activities and what we could expect. The dressing/locker room area was decorated beautifully, and was very clean. I was offered fruited water again, and hot tea again, got changed and headed off to my massage with Daniel. Daniel was professional, courteous and very attentive. He was also very educated on what type of muscle issue I was having and helped answer a few questions. He even kindly handed my glasses to me when my massage was done so I wouldn't have to hunt for them. Absolutely 100% quality massage. After that, went back to the meeting space and was served mimosas. It was a truly wonderful experience from the second I arrived to leaving. Thank you and your team for providing an incredible experience! I can't wait to come back.

Alexis did the best makeup lesson ever! I learned so much and it was more fun to do it alongside my best friend. You should advertise makeup for two - way more instructive. And Jennifer did a great massage. Thanks for a wonderful day!

I am very unhappy to say the least. I came in to get a bayalage and get rid of my brassy tones. I sent pictures of what I wanted and was told they could do it. And I got nothing close to what I wanted. I also was overcharged for services I never received. Even when I went to check out they had to confirm, because looking at my hair it was not what I was being charged for. Granted the brassy color is gone, but I was getting “highlights” and bayalage and I came out with black hair. I came in with light brown hair with darker roots… I didn’t want my hair dyed almost black. I’m highly upset. I also have a ton of new breakage at the top of my hair I didn’t have before. I will say the place is beautiful and stunning but doesn’t matter when you get unhappy results. I even asked, where are my highlights at the end after we washed my hair and she said they are there, it’s just bad lighting. I’m astonished. I will post pics before, what I wanted and what I received... the salon lady I had was Avery. She’s sweet but nothing came out as planned or even close. I also got charged $375… and they had to correct it to $310… and even then it wasn’t what I should have been charged based on what my hair turned out as. I also wanted a little trim and did not want it short and we spoke about it multiple times and she cut it above my shoulders. Thankfully, the manager Michael I spoke to and explained my concerns and he was very understanding and credited me, but still I’m upset I waited a year to treat my hair to get this.:/

Terrame Madison is wonderful! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed with smiling faces. Terrame is a great place for all your hair needs—cut, color, foil, or anything else! I have been a client for years. In fact, our whole family are clients. Tori is wonderful and very caring of all my hair needs.

Terrame is such a beautiful spa and salon! We did a full spa day and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! The staff was 10/10 and everyone was so nice! The blow out was also so great that I bought all of the products that they used! We came all the way from Atlanta and will definitely come again!
