2025-11-19This is the third nail salon. I have been to Montgomery and nobody can just seem to get it right my nails have chips in them. They are bumpy and bubbly. It took four people to get my nails right and I paid $130 for a fill and a polish change on my toes. Absolutely ridiculous To pay that much and not even be satisfied

2025-07-10Unfortunately my cuticle was cut pretty badly and still hurts a week later. My finger is swollen and had to get medication prescribed from my doctor yesterday. My daughter was cut as well while getting a pedicure last month. I love the new atmosphere and friendly staff but I wish they had of been more careful while using the scissors/clipping. I’m unfortunately in a lot of pain.

2024-01-15I originally had come in to get a full set done but changed my kind as soon as this man got ahold of my hands. While he was taking off my nails he butcher my natural nails and kept cutting my nails down to the skin and they were bleeding. And everytime I mentioned that he was hurting me he would just continue as if he did nothing wrong. He didn't even ask if I was okay or anything. He just looked at me like I was crazy. I had just asked if he could give me a manicure he then tried filing my already cut up nails, which I might add was very painful then proceeded to put alcohol on my nails. I'm very displeased had very high hopes for this place. 😡😡

2024-03-15Horrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND I got my nails done basic white polish fill in and got charged $50 and they were bumpy and ugly told them if could get fixed and lady short lady with bob got mad and said “ no because if you go eat to restaurant you don’t get refund of remade when u eat it” and then walked away
