2025-11-12I love the way they do my pedicures however I will never go and get my nails done by them again. No matter who I sit down with, they cut me and refuse to take their time. I have somewhat small nail beds and it can be challenging sometimes but the fact that they don’t take the time to be careful is what bothers me. The last time I went there I asked for a soak off. The lady kept telling me it’s going to take an hour and I told her I don’t mind. She continued to tell me that it would be okay and that my nails were lifting and the process would be easier to just pop them off. I allowed her to do so and this is what I was left with… there was no care or respect for my nail health and I won’t be coming to this place ever again. I absolutely hate going to chop shops…
