2025-09-16I went to Lux because I saw a great review on here where the woman just raved about the quality and the customer service here. I'll admit, the first time I went, I was very impressed. An older gentleman in a U.S Army hat (I think?) did my nails the first time. I got a full set of acrylic nails with the cat-eye gel polish.He was very nice, so patient, and the service was only $55. I did of course tip him so it was more by the end, but very reasonably priced, especially for a special polish and he did such a good job. Those nails probably would have lasted forever, but unfortunately 4 of them got broken or ripped off by accident. So I went back in a couple of days later for a repair. This time a younger guy did my nails in the first chair. He did not put acrylic nails on, even though I asked him twice if he was doing the same thing that was already on my hand and asked if it was acrylic. I am pretty sure he put gel nails on...They feel like press-ons and they are very flexible. That service was $40, which also did not add up to me, but I did pay and tip him for his time. I would love to go back because the experience was great the first time, but consistency and communication have got to be better.

2025-06-16If I could rate it higher, I would. They deserve 10 stars. The quality of service and the exceptional customer care and attention to detail is beyond. Every time you leave you are beyond satisfied. The #1 nail salon in the entire river region. Kay, Katie, Tim and Sin are all PHENOMENAL. I will never be able to go to another nail salon. Lux nails sets the standard in nails, customer service, and customers satisfaction!

2025-11-22Absolutely amazing service. My nails turned out flawless, clean shape, sharp details, and the designs look insane. The manicurist so sweet and she did amazing job❤️. Walked out feeling like my hands leveled up. Definitely coming back.🌟

2025-07-21I’m very picky about nail salons, but this by far is my favorite nail salon! I never feel rushed whatsoever and they’re also very clean and gentle. My cuticles have never bled once. Ky & Kady are my favorite!! They do amazing work!

2025-08-23Made an appointment on line for a gel manicure and pedicure. Got into a chair about 10 minutes after I got there and then set for 30 minutes before I was even given colors to look at. While using the Dremel to take my previous gel color off of my toes, I was cut twice. Polish job is very messy. Decided against getting my nails done.
