Pedicure was good but dip mani wasn’t. I would tell them I wanted my nails a different shape and they said the other guy would make it rounded and he didn’t even after me repeating the request. They also had my previous dip mani removed by me soaking my nails in a bowl of acetone and it got all over my hand. He tried removing it at the very end but still couldn’t remove it all. Very messy

Came here because of the stellar reviews and will NOT be returning. I don’t even know where to start. I came here for dip nails with extensions and when I first I arrived, they were super friendly and had an extensive and well organized array of dip colors to choose from. I then got seated fairly quickly. The tech doing my nails then started removing the old dip, and what was left she soaked off with acetone soaked cotton balls, wrapped in aluminum foil, and then put my hands in a plastic gloves. She went to do the same to another walk-in client that in came after me and was also getting dip. I thought she would be returning to remove the rest of the powder, but instead, another walk-in came in and both of these clients were fully serviced while I sat for 30 or so minutes. When she finally did return, she proceeded to dig her nails into my hands while yanking off the aluminum. Afterwards, I was moved to a different table with a different tech who was very friendly, but clipped my extensions pretty unevenly. I had to ask her to redo the application of several nails and they’re still wonky length wise. She applied the dip and worked with another nail tech to shape them. But if I’m being honest it’s some of the worst application of dip powder I’ve ever gotten. There are literal dips and waves in 6 of the 10 nails because of the uneven application. My cuticles were continuously scraped by the e-file and the dip around them is inconsistent in shape and too thick. Not to mention the sides of my nails are hanging out on both of my middle fingers. It’s a very cute salon and I appreciate the kindness of the techs. But as this was my first experience at the establishment, it’s not one I’m looking to return to.

March 6, 2025 An older lady came to the front desk and asked what I needed to be done. I kindly asked if they could remove my acrylic nails. I only had 5 on in total. The rest had already fallen off. She was displeased with my request. I thought the safest way to remove acrylic nails was at a salon with a trained nail tech. However, the complete opposite occurred. To take them off- the nail tech just cut them, put an uncut acrylic between the tip and my nail, and wedged them up to rip them off. The removal process was aggressive causing damage to my natural nail bed. Which caused bleeding. My nails feel extremely weak and I am still in pain. This is not a professional place and would not recommend it. I paid $15 for this unprofessional service to remove 5 acrylic nails. In this case, I would have not paid a professional and done it myself. Completely dissatisfied. I asked the nail tech what should I do with the bleeding nail etc. She just responded once you get home apply some ointment. This is concerning.

Love my new dip nail set! I called to see if I needed an appointment, was told there was no need to make one. I got there before noon and walked out around 12:30ish. It took about 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the result. There are various colors to choose from as well. Looking forward to going back!

Waited an hour for my nails to dry and they still smudged. They use old nail polish there.
