I had a fantastic experience at Salon U! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The customer service was truly top-notch — Michael went above and beyond to help me find the perfect stylist, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. James, my stylist, was incredible. He was patient, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. He took his time and made sure every detail was perfect. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years — I honestly feel and look younger! I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Salon U to anyone looking for quality service in a calm and friendly environment. I’ll definitely be back!

When my appointment was made I was told it would cost $150-$250 MAX. But when I went to pay I was told it was $330. Gwen did great on my hair so I went ahead and paid. I washed my hair 3 days later and I’m not sure if the toner washed out or what happened but my hair turned orange and yellow. I called the salon on Tuesday when they opened and told the receptionist what happened and she said Gwen could put a gloss on it for free but the if I wanted more done I would probably have to pay. I booked the appointment but ended up fixing it myself. When canceling the appointment they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. Which we talked to the manger about and didn’t have to pay the cancellation fee. Long story short with the original appointment and me fixing it I pay way over $400 and it’s not even what I originally wanted. I am very unhappy with the way the whole process went and expected better. Posting pictures of my hair after 1 WASH with salon quality hair products.

Salon U is the place that I trust my hair and enjoy and relax each time. It’s the whole package, the experience, ambiance! Gwen is amazing with her coloring and styling talents and wonderful personality! Recommend 💯%

I’ve had the same stylist in my hometown color my hair for the past six years so I was definitely a nervous client trying Salon U for the first time. Emily Colvin was AMAZING. I have never been so happy with my hair cut and color. I can’t wait to have her keep coloring my hair and my hair cut is always fabulous!! The front desk is always so welcoming and kind too, just the cherry on top! Xo

Gwyn did my wedding hair and it was amazing. I met up with her to do a trial run at her Nashville location and while there I had a blast. She first requested both inspiration pictures for my updo and had me run through what I was imagining. She asked detailed questions to make sure we were on the same page and then got to work. Half way through we hit a snag with the style I wanted and my hair texture. Gwyn had so many ideas on how to achieve the look I wanted and end the end I loved her idea more than what I wanted initially. On the day of my wedding Gwyn was amazing. She was prompt to arrive at the venue, had everything she needed to recreate the trial look, had the pictures from the trial look to double check everything with and was even able to manage adding in some hair tinsel to my hair that’d I’d forgotten to tell her I wanted. She was done With plenty of time to spare before pictures and my hair stayed up the entire night. (And now I have enough bobby-pins to last me a lifetime haha) My over all I feel like I completely lucked out getting such an amazing stylist to do my wedding hair. The hair was beautiful and she was great.
