The facility was nice, treatment room was very comfortable, reception was super sweet. However, the massage itself was not what I paid for. I was excited to treat myself for my bday. I advised the massage therapist that I needed deep tissue and told her my shoulders were extremely tight. I even gave her a number of 8 out of 10. She did not do this. When I asked her to go deeper (more than once) she offered cupping which tells me she did not care to listen. Disappointed. 😢

A La Mode Spa and Salon TriCities is by far top notch!! As you walk in the ambiance is so calming, serene and quiet. I recently had a massage from Valerie and she listened to my needs of areas to focus on. I came there stiff and left feeling as a whole new women. Relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to conquer the world. Absolutely highly recommended. Also they carry a line of Babor which is so satisfying and designed for ny facial skin needs. Babor is A+++ along with everyone I came in contact with. Out of this world customer service excellence! I have already scheduled another massage, next is a Facial. Everyone this is a must try if you havnt already!! Truly A La Mode TriCities is a Spa of a Gem! Thank you to the whole staff for the dedication of making my experience exceptional by far!

I was looking for a new place to get facials because my usual spa was too hard to get scheduled at. A friend recommended A La Mode and after my experience here, it’s my new go to! This is a great spa with a lot of options on the menu. No long wait to get in. Friendly, helpful staff. All the little extras make it a wonderful experience.

From stepping into their front door to leaving after my facial, this entire experience was luxurious. The building is clean and beautiful. You’re taken into their “hidden room” where there are fluffy, supersized bean bags and chairs to choose from to sit and fill out your paperwork. The lighting is dim and the music is relaxing. There are tiny containers of snacks and they’ll bring you either water or tea of your choosing. I already feel pampered. After paperwork was filled out, I’m taken to their facial room. I was pleasantly surprised to see a massage bed. I had never had a facial laying down but it works. The bed is nicely heated and couldn’t be happier since it was cold outside. As I slip under the blanket and sheet, I am seriously touching their sheet. How is it so soft?!!!! It’s the little things that makes the difference and boy, did it make a difference! As for the facial, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better facial than from Ashley. She was so meticulous and delicate in her movements. That facial was extremely relaxing. She didn’t rush and it wasn’t one of those facials where they stick gloves on you or a steamer on you and leave. Ashley is always working on either your face or body. She was friendly without being too chatty. Total professional.

Heidi and Alexa were absolutely phenomenal, very efficient and such an amazing place for a first time facial and massage. Definitely will be returning
