Such a fun and welcoming place! Everyone was laughing and having a good time, and they really took care of me. My tech helped me pick the perfect color and recommended switching from dip to gel since my nails are shorter, great advice! The pedicure was super relaxing, and they made sure my chair and water were perfect before starting. I left feeling totally refreshed. It would be even better if they served champagne, but overall such a relaxing spot with great work and personal attention. I didn’t feel like just another number! 💅 Recommend Sarah pedicure and Susan for manicure and nails.

Shout out to Susan! This is my second time getting an acrylic fill with cat-eye with her. My last set of nails done by her lasted for a month and I had several compliments. I would highly recommend Susan. She is very detail-oriented and always suggests the best option for me. Thanks Susan!

I will not be returning after this visit. I visited initially 2 weeks ago and then again today for a fill and design appointment. I booked with Vanny who was good in the beginning then began rushing through the appointment leaving me with excess nail polish on 6 different areas of my hands. Additionally when I booked my appointment online, it stated $55 for the fill and design. Then when I get to checkout it’s $75 dollars. When I ask about it, I’m told it’s because of the design. When I had my initial appointment, I was charged $10 dollars for a design on two fingers. Today I was charged $25 dollars for a design on 4 fingers? That math does not equal to be the same and doesn’t make sense. Two of the four fingers weren’t actually designs either just two additional colors on the nail. Whenever I had to communicate with Vanny, it was also difficult as she doesn’t speak a lot of English or much at all just a heads up. This making it difficult to communicate. I won’t be back.

I had the best experience at The Herbal Nail Spa! My nail technician Kim was the sweetest and had the best attention to detail. She was so gentle and took the time to do her best work. She made sure I loved my nails and was open to changing anything. The whole experience was great and I loved my nails!

Been going to the Herbal Nail Spa for a few months and been getting my manicures + pedicures from Vanny and she does a PHENOMENAL job. I bring her a design every time and she never hesitates to give it her best shot and it always comes out so cute!
