Nail Ritual

I really wanted to love this spot as it's conveniently close to me and has all these great reviews! This is just a review for improvement for them. I went in earlier in the day to schedule - that was easy - I liked that. Appointment reminders are great. Got off work earlier so asked to come in 30 mins prior to the appointment. Got the okay and headed there. Wanted a specific shape & design. I will say they are fast at filling in gel X and I like that... but the shaping of the nails and polish + design wasn't what I wanted. The shaping isn't consistent - and didn't get a chance to say I wanted it a particular way before the polishing happened. I showed the design I wanted right before I sat down. I left without that design and wish they had told me beforehand they didn't have that yellow cat eye color I wanted BEFORE starting. I just want honestly -- tell me that in the beginning. The polish selection they have does not seem to be the best either. Color separation is seen. Makes me feel sorry for cheating on my nail salon. Also - I understand what they are saying too. I would suggest cutting back on native language when clients are there. There's already a stereotype that techs talk about their clients when they are there... Now I am going to my original spot to fix this mess. I gave it two stars because I do like the appointment process + Tony is very nice (who didn't do my nails but seems to be in charge there) + nail service time. Just be honest about the design, change to higher quality polish, ask about shaping before the paint, and less Vietnamese. Cảm ơn.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and just realized I haven’t written a review! Tony, Lisa, and Cindy are amazing! I’m a bridesmaid for a wedding this weekend and wasn’t sure what to do with my nails. But Cindy came up with this gorgeous design (as she always does) and I’m so happy with them and had to share. Everyone here is so nice, does great work, and the place is super comfy and cute. Love it so much!

Oh my goodness, I love this salon! Kevin was amazing, he gave me the most relaxing pedicure and killed my nails!!!! Exactly what I wanted and more. I am so satisfied with this establishment, everyone was so kind and welcoming.

This place is great! I had a great time because of the amazing employees they were really nice they did a great job on our toe nails #pedicure.They have: manicure’s, pedicure’s, and even fruit massages (can’t lie I was a little surprised by that last one). It was a great place and one of the best spas I’ve been too five stars😊

5/5 – Amazing Experience at Ritual Nails! I had such a wonderful experience at Ritual Nails that I wanted to share it. The staff here are incredibly friendly, gentle, and professional. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The nail technicians are meticulous and detail-oriented, and the results were even better than I expected. My nails came out beautiful, elegant, and long-lasting. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Ritual Nails to my friends. Thank you for an amazing visit!
