Tiffany is amazing! She’s so friendly, patient, and really takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted — beautiful and long-lasting! The whole experience was super relaxing, and she makes you feel completely comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and their nails!

I went in for a much-needed treat after a rough week, and my experience was mixed. The manager/owner was incredibly personable and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Tammy, who did my pedicure, was also wonderful—she was warm, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxing. This was my very first time getting a manicure with acrylics (I’ve only ever had regular polish before), and unfortunately it wasn’t a great introduction. Chelsea, who did my nails, was not very personable and snapped at me multiple times for not relaxing my hand enough. At one point, she even told me, “Don’t look at me, look at the TV—don’t look at your hands,” which felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Honestly, I could have been more relaxed if I wasn’t being scolded like a child. On top of that, there’s still a noticeable gap between my cuticles and the acrylics, so the finish doesn’t look as polished as I expected. I really appreciated the kindness of the owner and Tammy, and the pedicure was the highlight of my visit. I just wish my first acrylic experience had been handled with more patience and attention to detail.

Was referred by my hotel and so grateful! This is a salon full of friendly staff and my service and results were awesome. A lot of detail was put into a great experience: greeted as soon as I walked in, transparency in pricing, great atmosphere and fair pricing. I came from Cleveland and only wish they one in my city!

I really wanted to like this place because of its location, and gave it four tries for gel mani and pedi. For two of those visits, I did not get the tech that I made an appointment with: one time it was because the tech was with another customer even though my booking was first thing in the morning (so basically, the salon either overbooked the tech or had her take a walk-in despite my appointment); the other time, the tech I reserved was out sick, but the desk never bothered to call me to reschedule, instead waiting until I arrived to tell me I would have to go with a different tech. I was content with the services on the days the salon actually honored the appointment with the tech I reserved. However, the services I received from the others have been sloppy (bumpy application, unclean lines, etc). For now, I don’t plan to return unless I’m truly in a pinch, especially when I have no confidence that appointments with preferred techs will be honored and the experience with the others have been very sub-par.
