Giving this place a 3, because Nana did a phenomenal job on my nails, but this has to be the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. It was a different lady who did my pedicure. She did not ask whether I wanted my toenails shorter but just filed them down way too far and they’re not even all the same length. She put so many coats of polish so now they just look really thick and there was polish cured on my skin. Will be back for Nana to do my nails again, but won’t be back for another pedicure unfortunately.

Loved my experience. Nana brought my nails back to life!! Leo did his thing on my mom’s pedicure… my face waxing I forgot her name but she was wonderful!! Going back for sure!

Second time coming here, and I love it.. I cannot say I've been disappointed... both times have been phenomenal. Worth the time and money. I always got what I asked for.. short or long, they are professional. Ive walked in at times where its been Empty but, I do suggest calling before.... prices are reasonable for the job. Ill continue to make the drive here from base.. its worth it!

I’m really not sure how this salon has the high ratings it does. I use to go to school in Norfolk and I’m not originally from the area, so I trusted the good reviews and decided to give them a try. Online, it said a full set was $40+, but when I went in, they charged me $100 just because I asked for long nails, gel polish, and one simple design. As a student, I asked where the price was coming from, and although they explained, it still didn’t make sense, but I paid it anyway. The next time I went in for a new set and a cut down, I was still charged nearly $80. Again, I asked why, and they said it was because of the cut down and gel. At this point, it honestly feels like they just make up prices on the spot, especially if you’re not local. Since then, I took the nails off and my nail beds are seriously damaged. I’ve never had this happen before, which makes me think they’re using MMA acrylic, not real salon-grade product or not properly sanitizing equipment. As seen in another review post a worker is cleaning their xerosis and putting the nail file back with no sanitizing… I didn’t want to accuse anyone, but fair is fair, and you can’t treat customers like that and just brush it off. Just because people keep coming doesn’t mean it’s okay. I really wish more people left honest reviews, it would help push places like this to be more professional. To each their own, but I hope this helps someone before they have the same experience I did.

The way Nana popped off my nails did me a full set that’s clean and polished in 40 mins, yeah I’ve definitely found my place. The service and precision, chefs kiss.
