In town visiting and wanted to get my nails done, they had an easy book online tool that made it easy for same day appointments. Jay was amazing and very well spoken. She did exactly what I wanted with my nails with good quality. 10/10 you should stop in and get a great service.

I walked in with a set of nails from a different salon that looks completely botched. They were lumpy look like they were two days overgrown not filed correctly not the correct shape just overall the horrible. I asked the manager if they were fixable at all she did the best that she could to fix them for me and they look amazing, I’m so grateful. Thank you so much. They rush on your nails, are very aggressive handling your hands, and overcharge you by tipping themselves without your permission. I got acrylic nails that were barely past my nail bed and got a solid color and was charged $50. I could tell the guy was shady when he took my card without telling me the price first and then was covering up the price on the receipt as I was trying to TIP ANYWAY and sign. I think they are prejudice against certain groups of people and assume you aren’t going to tip based on your skin color. Also, they try to tell you what YOU want instead of listening and providing you with good service.

This review is specifically for Nancy and the service I received for her. I have been here numerous of times and have ALWAYS walked out happy. Except for today I got serviced by Nancy. I she called me over and I greeted her and she gave no response and off rip I could immediately I could tell by her demeanor she was not trying to hear what I was looking for as a customer. I asked for short black full set, and I know with some nails shops they have the clear tips which I asked for she said they didn’t have them and I said that it’s okay we can use what they have in shop. She got to prepping my nails I asked for shot nails and she gave me a look like I was annoying her. As she got to filing I looked at my nails and realized some were crooked and I asked her to fix them cause I could see she was getting to the end of the filling process. She immediately jumped in and said “I’m not finished”. I corrected her by saying it “looked like you were finished so I just wanted to point it out so that I would not be unhappy with the final result and ask for touch up after she finished everything”. The remainder of the service was in silence but she kept calling her coworkers over to look at my nails and I could DEFINITELY tell they were in fact talking about me. After everything the nail still came out crooked and I was honestly dissatisfied with my nails. Through my entire service i felt unheard and uncomfortable as a customer. Don’t take this as a standard of what to expect when coming in, I absolutely love this place and have been coming here for three years but I would not recommend Nancy to do your nails. ** I have uploaded a photo of the crooked nail that I mainly asked her to fix the others were not as noticeable. It may seem small and unnoticeable but as someone who is paying for their service I would like to receive what I ask for**

I walked in today and was helped right away no wait time. They pay very close attention to detail and made sure they gave me everything I asked for. Nancy is amazing. Straight to the point. Not everyone can shape my nails perfectly to make them look natural but she was excellent. She made a simple French look elegant for me.
