2025-10-04I was in the area and every nail spa that I went was closed on a Saturday. I was like wow, I asked Alexa nail spa near me. She said BN Nail & Spa was open( 7 days a week )I called and went straight there. They are very welcoming my medi-pedi looks amazing. I will be back they have a new customer. Yeah!!! 2025-08-29First of all, she broke the number one rule of customer service. I asked for short stiletto nails. She told me that she does not like them and they don’t look good. I don’t care what you like! I’m the customer and I’m PAYING! secondly, she was slightly racist. She pre-judged me as if I cannot pay for the services that she overpriced. I told her I was thirsty, not knowing that it was a whole refrigerator behind me full of water. She didn’t even offer me a water until I paid. I should have known when she said that people take away their payments from Apple Pay that she was not a good nail tech. She did not ruffing the surface of my nails, So my $65 manicure fell off in five days.. will not be returning. Your response is that nothing is 100% guaranteed. However, my money is guaranteed in your pocket. How about learning how to put on and apply nails so they can stay on longer than five days. I’m not a nail tech, and I noticed that you do not drill or a sand the surface of the nail. I will be calling Fraud on this purchase. I want my money back all of it.

2025-07-04I got my nails done for the first time, a full set here. They did an absolutely wonderful job. My nails came out beautiful! The nail technicians are extremely friendly, as well as gentle when working on your nails. The atmosphere is cute and comfortable.

I wish I'd known it was here before because I'd practically given up on finding a good nail place in Ocean View. Been to several and had sub par services at most of them I definitely will be back.
