Pro Nail Spa II

I’ve visited twice, once for a pedi, and once for a fill and this salon is great! I have not had to wait and the staff is very friendly! Love my nails and love my new salon!

They were absolutely wonderful!! The customer service was great! The experience was great! I will definitely be back! My pedicure was wonderful as well!!

Every time I come here, I have an amazing experience. Eric did my Valentine’s Day nails and they came out so cute! The customer service was too tier, per usual and of course I’ll see yall in 2 weeks! Ask for Eric or Amy when you visit. You won’t be disappointed

I usually go to a different salon, but this shop is a little closer, and I received a text with a mani/pedi "special" (10% off), so figured I would try them again. Haven't been in over a year because I wasn't impressed the 1st time I tried them after the other people that used to be in that shop moved. Got there about 5 pm. Wanted a mani/pedi. Sat down immediately, but only 2 "experienced" people work in the shop. They have 4 high school students working there that are learning to do pedicures. No one told me the girls were learning or even asked if that would be ok with me if they did my pedicure. I just overheard the lady (possibly the owner), her name was Tracey, she was telling the lady she was providing a service for about the girls being in high school. Not that that would be an issue if they knew what they were doing or if I had been given an option before starting if it was okay. The 1st one didn't know how to do the one I requested I'm assuming because she was setting me up and then said someone will be right with you. Another girl came over who was very polite and sweet, but I could tell she wasn't very experienced and still learning. I got a deluxe pedicure and was charged full price when I feel like if they are students then they shouldn't be charging full price for services. It took about an hour for the pedicure which is fine. She did an excellent job with the massage. But, not so great on the paint job. She didn't put any water on my legs before using the exfoliating scrub on them so it was like a dry rub, which I didn't care for. Also, she didn't wet the pumice pad thing and used it on my dry feet, which also wasn't what I'm used to, nor did I like it. After using the scrub she didn't even use the water hose attachment to rinse my legs. The towels were not hot and weren't wrapped around my legs. She just used them to wipe the lotion off. Just overall wasn't satisfied. Waited an additional 30 minutes for my manicure from the man who works there. I didn't get his name. Just a basic gel manicure. I don't like the paint job. He didn't cover the whole nail. The paint looks thin and rough on some nails. Some look like they have knicks or maybe the nail surface wasn't filed smooth enough under the paint. I was there for 2 hours (the shop was closing when I left) and even though I seemed relaxed I was just ready to leave. I didn’t have an enjoyable experience, and won't be returning. I know no one is perfect, but when paying for a service at a salon I just expect a good experience with neat, good-quality work done.
