This was our first time coming here, and it was truly an amazing experience. It was my daughter’s first time getting “fake” nails, and I am so glad we came here! Everyone was so kind, they offered drinks when we came in, and most importantly, Winnie absolutely killed it! So impressed with her artistry! The photos speak for themselves.

First time here and I must say was very pleased. Made my appointment with ease online. They offer complimentary drink with your service. A lot of different colors that you are bound to find your shade. Experienced the detox spa pedi and a manicure. Dozed off while receiving my service. Extremely relaxing. Exceeded my expectations! Definitely a nail salon that I will be making my regular location for all my nails needs

Not 1 to write a negative review but I am very disappointed. Tried this nail salon for the 1st time yesterday. Everyone was very nice. Salon was very clean. Pedicure went well. But my acrylic set is nothing like what I asked for. Which would be okay BUT the nails don’t even match each other in shape, size or length. The design isn’t like the photo. The larger flowers respond me of SpongeBob flowers. Thumbs look like actual circles. The nail the lady shaped to show me how they would end up looking was exactly what I wanted- so I have no clue why all the others look terrible. I thanked the lady, tipped her, said see ya next time and left. I called the salon back after asking for a few other opinions on the nails- explained I didn’t feel comfortable complaining in the salon and I just wanted a refund. After sharing photos the salon decided they were “fine” and I was not eligible for a refund but they could reshape them. I don’t want them reshaped. I wanted my $ refunded to go have them completely removed and redone. Didn’t want the tip back because I know she still spent time doing them. But the $100ish for the nails is crazy to not refund. I went to this shop for the first time because I liked the pictures on Google. The staff was friendly, but my nails cost $126, and he applied a $10 discount. That's outrageously overpriced considering the photos—my set was short, and the design was simple. There was no reason I was charged extra for the short length, my shape on top of French, and the additional design fee. That’s crazy price gauging! For clarity, the design was created with pigment powders, not even airbrushed. He used clear builder gel for the lines, so they’re flat and not 3D. Usually, when you pay a high price for a design, it’s due to artwork and gems. This is ridiculous—I can’t understand the price.

Bao is AMAZING! I have come to this place several times with different technicians (all really good) but Bao is my favorite 😍 I am in love with my new nail set and was 100% what I wanted. He was very communicative making sure I liked the color, shape and just made sure the entire process was what I wanted. Another reason I will be returning here for all my nail sets with Bao is because he does not settle for "less then perfect" design work. If it did not look good to him or had any little mistake he redid it until it was right. I did not have to tell him anything and didn't notice it either until it was finished looking great! I trust his work 🤎 The place itself is also very clean and they always makes sure you are comfortable and have drinks available for you.
