Been going here for a little over a year... I scheduled an appt as usual since I prefer a specific person and then quickly realized I had a conflict w/ my work schedule so I called back to cancel & did not get an answer. when I called again to make my next appt, they refused to schedule an appt for me because they said I no showed. I explained politely that I did call them back to cancel but they did not pick up and she told me that they would no longer accommodate me on the schedule since I did not show for an appointment. Will never go back! and will be sure to leave a review on every platform possible!

I love this place!!! I have been coming here for years and they never let me down. Very kind staff and always do a beautiful job on my toes and hands!

I called to get a price to have gel on my fingers. They Said $20. After ONLY painting them, no cutting, filing etc, just gel paint they said it's $35 because my nails are long !! Seriously? Did I get a discount for no cutting or filing? No! And to change the price with no notice is bad business. To think I paid and still tipped is killing me! I've never been charged extra for longer nails !😡

Nice people and decent service. The attention to detail is lacking. My nails ended up incredibly thick and uneven, which is disappointing and uncomfortable. The color is beautiful and the pedicure was very nice. The super thick nails make it almost impossible to use a few of my fingers, though. I'll likely have to remove them early because after one day it's driving me crazy.

Got serviced today for the first time since Covid hit. Went back to my best nail lady Linda. She always gets me right. I called and scheduling was pretty convenient being that they take you by appointment only. She worked me in and I enjoyed my service today. They were very clean, sanitized and spacious.
