2025-11-26Kim Nails is the best nail salon in Richmond and Hanover, hands down. The nail technicians are super talented and take great care of their clients every time (Thank you Tina!!). They recently updated the interior and it’s great too, with comfy massage spa seats for pedicures. They can do cat eye, chrome, ombre, gel, dip and probably more. Don’t think twice, just book your appointment!

2023-06-25Experience during my appointment was great. Felt comfortable and well taken care of. However, the quality of my nails are horrible. I got my gel manicure on a Tuesday. By Thursday, my nails had cracks across the entire nail (first two pictures). By Sunday the cracks were break apart and my manicure was ruined.

2025-08-14They have just added new chairs and are doing some renovations inside. This is a great salon to go to. The staff is friendly and helpful. My friend and I have been going there for years for pedicures. Lorrie and Lee are the best!
