Shape of nails

I’ve been going to Shape of Nails for a long time and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Adele does my nails every time and she’s amazing at what she does. You can show her a random picture of a design and she’ll recreate it perfectly. She really pays attention to the shape and the little details, and she never rushes. On top of that, she’s such a sweet person and always makes the appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. My nails always come out exactly how I want them. Highly recommend Adele.

Best manicure of my life! Chihiro is the best nail technician I’ve ever had and I can’t say enough about her diligence, perfectionism, professionalism, and overall pleasant attitude. I have the sense that she genuinely enjoys what she does and is dedicated to her craft. She works hard and is focused on ensuring I have the best experience possible and that I’m happy with my nails at every stage of the shaping and filing. She helps pick out colors that match my skin tone and I have never received so many compliments from strangers about my nails. I would follow her anywhere, she’s truly gifted. She also has an impeccably organized station that is spotlessly clean and communicates (to me) that she takes pride in a job well done. She’s special!

I truly wanted to love this place and gave it more than one chance. The salon itself is beautiful, and the overall experience is welcoming and luxurious. Unfortunately, my experience with the nail services left me very disappointed. I had my nails done twice, both times with a ‘Top Master VIP’ (names intentionally left out), from what I understand, is meant to justify a higher price point. Despite that, the quality just wasn’t there. Within a week, the builder gel began lifting from the corners, and by the second week, I had already lost a nail. For a service that costs $135+, I expected much better technique and lasting results. It honestly pains me to write a negative review, but having this happen twice makes it impossible to overlook. The one bright spot was my pedicure with Asel she did an absolutely fantastic job. Sadly, due to the repeated issues with the nail services, I won’t be returning.

Shape of Nails is amazing!! I love how my nails look every time I leave. If you want instagram nails, go here! My favorite technician, Adele, is so talented and she always makes sure I’m comfortable. They go above and beyond with offering refreshments, sweets, coffee, and tea. They even have a big paint by numbers painting set up in the waiting area for guests to paint while waiting. I’m so glad I found Shape of Nails! They’re the best!

I came to Shape of Nails for the very first time today, as it came highly recommended in many local Facebook groups. I rarely ever get my nails done, but decided I want to start doing something nice for myself, so I booked an appointment with Marie! I usually have a bit of anxiety when getting my nails done, but I was immediately at ease when I sat down.I was so blown away at the attention to detail, this is seriously the best manicure I have ever had, and my nails have never looked better! I cannot recommend this place enough. It is also so pretty inside, and everyone I spoke to was so nice. Thank you to Shape of Nails and Marie for such a great experience. 🤍
