First time here. It was my first haircut in over 3 years also. Lucy was incredible!!! She was kind enough to attend me on a cold rainy night. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and gave great hair advice!! She was kind the entire time and I very much recommend her services. Will come back again for my next cut and will definitely ask for her!! The salon is very clean and styled also. Great vibe!

Incredible experience from start to finish. In town for work, came for a pedicure, got a full tour and advised about memberships and that they aren't mandatory (but make sense). Kassandra is awesome and probably the best nail and pedicure person I've ever had (and I'm old!). Definitely sold me on finding other locations in my travels.

I treated myself to the Premium Haircut with Lawrence and the Premium Pedicure with a talented young lady whose name I, unfortunately, forgot—but her skill and care were unforgettable. Lawrence delivered a top-tier grooming experience with the Premium Cut. Every detail was handled with precision—from the razor outline and warm foam to the aftershave massage and relaxing lavender-infused hot towel. I walked out looking and feeling my absolute best. The Premium Pedicure was equally indulgent. From the warm soak and peppermint sugar scrub to the massage and paraffin wrap, every step was designed for total relaxation and care. My feet have never felt better. I also enjoyed the Premium Manicure, which was the perfect finishing touch. The exfoliation, hydration, and attention to detail were exceptional. To top it all off, I was offered complimentary beers, which added to the upscale, laid-back vibe. Hammer & Nails isn’t just a grooming spot—it’s an experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and appreciated. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their self-care routine. I even purchased my membership.

I decided to try Hammer and Nails as I've heard about their services through my colleagues and wanted to treat myself. The concierge stood up when I entered the shop, greeted me warmly, guided me through their services available and set me up for success. My barber took his time, he made me feel comfortable in his chair, asked me what I wanted to watch on his station's tv and ensured that the whole process was seamless. I felt confident that the staff knew their business and their craft. My experience was amazing!! My looks and feels great, my skin is refreshed. I will be visiting again soon. Not here for the cut, here for the experience… My guy Andre did a phenomenal job. Jennifer was absolutely kindest and wisest receptionist I ve ever seen. And for the first timers they have upgrade on whatever you want to get so thats a little encouragement right there as well.
