This was my second time visiting Emiline Day Spa for a Russian manicure, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! The space is very clean, sophisticated, and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere. The technicians are knowledgeable, welcoming, and use only non-toxic products, which I really appreciate. For both visits, I saw Selby, she is incredible! Her attention to detail and thoroughness really impressed me, and she takes such great care in making sure the manicure looks perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Emiline Day Spa and especially Shelby if you’re looking for a high-quality, professional, and enjoyable manicure experience.

Emiline Day Spa is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and relaxing—truly a little oasis. Everyone is extremely welcoming, and very talented. Thao specifically is incredibly skilled and creative, and she’s made every visit special. She’s not just an amazing nail tech, she’s truly become a friend. After nearly a year of coming here, I can confidently say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend Emiline to anyone looking for top-tier service and a peaceful escape.

Visited Selbi for my holiday nails and she did such an amazing job! The color is gorgeous and the ribbon design on the accent nail came out perfect❤️ she is super friendly, patient, and makes sure every detail looks clean. If you are looking for someone who really listens and delivers exactly what you want, Selbi is the one. Highly recommend! First visit This is the first nail salon in the U.S. that I was truly satisfied with. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing!! Calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly respectful and attentive to customers’ needs, and I appreciated how well they understood even the smallest details. They had an impressive selection of nail polish colors, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place!

I always have such a great experience here! The service is amazing, Selbi takes her time to listen to your needs and really pays attention to detail, makes sure everything looks perfect and beautiful. My nails always comes out exactly how I wanted. The environment is also super clean and relaxing, which makes the whole appointment enjoyable. Definitely my favorite nails salon.

I’ve been a loyal client since this salon opened in our community—my daughter and I were among the first to support them. Under the original ownership, service and quality were exceptional. Unfortunately, everything has declined since new management took over. The entire original, highly skilled team left (and opened their own salon) and what’s left now is poor execution and constant turnover. The new team is more focused on appearances than actual quality. Gels chip within days, nails are repainted the wrong color when you ask for fixes, and there’s nonstop upselling on “new sets.” At one point, I even had to bring my own gel just to get a manicure to last more than a few days. That says it all. To make matters worse, the owner/manager herself openly gossiped with me about firing staff and competing salons. Instead of building up her team, she pushed out talented technicians—one of whom went on to open their own successful shop. It’s clear she’s inexperienced, threatened by competition, and more focused on control than client care. And here’s the kicker: after I told them I’d give them one more chance, they turned around and “broke up with me” first—canceling my appointment via text, refunding my deposit, and telling me to go elsewhere (screenshot attached). Laughable, yes—but also a complete display of unprofessionalism and zero accountability. Pretty salon, convenient location—but if you value actual quality and service that matching ala carte pricing, book at your own risk. EDIT: Thanks for your reply, Thao. Each visit was a new overlay, and if that wasn’t the right process, it was your team’s professional responsibility to educate me sooner, not encourage me to continue until issues started. I also want to address your comment about me not being ‘easy to work with.’ We don’t work together — I’m a paying client, not an employee. Since your opening, I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, with individual visits ranging from $150 to $245 after tip. That level of loyalty deserves professionalism, not dismissal. Maybe if more focus went into staff training and supporting employees, instead of gossip and defensiveness, the salon wouldn’t have such high turnover and constant instability. My review stands.
