Angel Nails

I rarely get my nails done. I came here to get short, rounded, matt black nails with blood drops. Picture in the review for reference. I got wonky almond shaped matte black nails and had to choose stickers instead. I didn't even get my cuticles prepared (I was told today that that was an upcharge). I paid $60 and was unhappy and I'm not confrontational, so I paid and left. A few days later I couldn't stand how uneven and weirdly shaped they were, so I called and no one answered. I showed up and spoke to a gentleman, telling him that I was unhappy with the set and just wanted them removed, as this point, not even a set for free, I just wanted them off. Well, he implied I should have expressed my displeasure the day of and I was coming in after Halloween, as if I just wanted a free set for Halloween. He wanted to charge me $15 to remove these. I left. I think it was totally reasonable for them to remove the nails for free as I was unhappy with the shoddy work and trying to be respectful. I'm surprised and disappointed. Edit: I went down the street to KC Nails and Anthony fixed my nails for less than I paid at Angel Nails for that horrible set. Peachy vibe set in review as last picture. Go see Anthony at KC Nails!!

No wait time as a walk in. A gentleman did my nails and I showed him my reference photo. He kept leaving glue and white polish on me and not cleaning it off. I would ask him to clean it off and he would just say “later” and never go to it. I asked 3X for the there not to be that much white and he said “I’ll fix at the end” and never did and seemed annoyed every time I asked. I sat my whole appointment quietly to let him work and when I did speak up I got shut down. Not coming back.

Tips are cash only & they deserve it. Kim does well with my eye brows & Savy does wonderfully with feet. Tom does amazing with my nails & shapes. Staff is always nice here. Love how peaceful it is with no gossiping. The music is soothing, the fresh breeze from the open door was relaxing on a chill day & just right ac on a hot day. I look forward to coming back and trying more services. Always comfortable in here. Very highly recommended!

It is always a pleasure to visit Angel Nails! George and Lisa are so pleasant and make sure I’m comfortable. Tommy always -consistently- does outstanding work!

Took a chance on this place, hadn’t been in years. What a pleasant surprise! New owners have created a clean, pleasant atmosphere that put me at ease right away. I got a “basic” mani pedi , that was unbelievably NOT basic! Sanji did a thorough, professional and superior on both my mani and pedi. Highly recommend!
