INSPIRE NAIL BAR - Chantilly

I have been here twice now, both times walk-in for a full set. They have been very sweet and try their best to match the pictures I bring in. They aren't super talkative, but to be fair you are going there to get your nails done not have a convo. Ashley did my nails both times I went and I love how both sets came out. After my first visit, the owner was even kind enough to send me a 15% off coupon for the next time I came in. They are a bit pricey, but so is everywhere. I highly recommend this place and Ashley you are absolutely amazing girl!

I got my birthday nails done by Amy and she absolutely killed it! They were $95 and worth every penny. She paid so much attention to detail and really brought my vision to life. The shape was perfect, the design came out even better than I imagined, and she made sure I loved everything before finishing. On top of that, she was super kind, patient, and easy to talk to—made the whole experience so relaxing and fun. If you’re looking for someone who does high-quality work and actually cares about your nails looking perfect, Amy is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

**⭐ 1 Star** I visited this salon for the first time about two weeks ago and had a great experience overall, even though the male manager was a bit overly talkative. I liked the service enough to schedule a second appointment for the Friday before a wedding. This time, I decided to get chrome on my nails — something I do regularly without issue. Unfortunately, the very next day, all of the chrome peeled off. I was so embarrassed, I found myself hiding my fingers during the wedding. I called the salon, and they asked me to come in that Sunday to have it fixed. When I returned, the experience was extremely disappointing. My fingers had gel overlapping onto my skin, the chrome was already peeling again before I even left, and my feet were left oily and dusty from the chrome powder. The tech seemed irritated that I was back and was noticeably aggressive during the redo. Before leaving, I canceled my upcoming appointment and requested a call from the manager. When he called the next day, he offered for me to come in again. At that point, I was exhausted with the back-and-forth. I just wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else to have it fixed properly. He said he would discuss it with the owner and get back to me. When I followed up, I was told that the owner is his wife and their solution was to refund me *\$10* — just for the chrome — despite the fact I paid **\$127**. I explained that was unacceptable and informed him I would be leaving an honest review based on my experience. He then accused me of *threatening* him with a bad review — which is not the case at all. I am simply sharing what happened. I had recommended this place to four family members after my first visit. Needless to say, none of them will be going now after seeing the state of my nails and the way this situation was handled. I never received a call from the owner herself, and I’m left feeling completely dismissed and disappointed.

Highly recommend Tammy B. She has been doing my nails over a year and she does magic each and every time. I get so much compliments from so many people of my nails. Here are some pictures!!

I have been going to Thi for 10 years and she always does an amazing job. She is meticulous and is a true artist. Please see her! The salon is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is very accommodating and nice.
