All I wanted was ashy blonde highlights. The result was this ugly brassy copper tone on my dark brown hair. I paid almost $300 including tips after went a couple of times to get it right. I spoke to manager, Donald to get it fixed. He asked me to come in to fix. To my surprise he charged me again for a bunch of services that I didn’t ask for. And instead of fixing my hair it turned out into an uglier mess that I paid an additional $170 for!! So I ended up paying almost $500 for an ugly look that I have to fix somewhere else. When I tried to call again I was ghosted and didn’t receive a call back!

My stylist is Patti and I’ve been going to her for many years. Her haircuts & colors are always right on… perfect! She takes her time, but knows how to work on more than just me. Her timing is always just right. I would recommend Patti & Positive Image to anyone who wants a good hair experience.

Donald is incredible. He listens to what I want and asks for my input on his game plan for my color and cut. I was very nervous when I first came in but needed to lose some unhealthy length and he put me at ease with his warm personality and obvious knowledge. He makes relevant suggestions based on his observation, experience, and the questions I ask. My color has never looked better and I cannot remember a time that I was this happy with my hair, both cut and color. Thanks Donald!!

Michele has been my stylist for almost 20 years! She always seems to know just want I want for my hair without me having to tell her (but she still checks in with me each time). I love how she keeps my short hair looking fresh and slightly different each time I see her (every 3 to 4 weeks). I’ve seen her cut and style all lengths of hair, both women and men, and everyone always leaves her chair looking amazing!
