I absolutely LOVE my nails from Dazzle Nails! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and professional. My nail tech Mai was AMAZING — she took her time, paid attention to every detail, and truly brought my vision to life. Mai’s work is flawless: the shape, the finish, the precision — everything is perfect. My nails came out even better than I imagined, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop! You can tell she really cares about her craft and her clients. I always come back to Mai and she does an amazing job every single time! Everyone is very nice and it’s become my go-to nail spot. They offer many services and do great designs!

I came in around 4 on 12/12, I have been coming here for a couple years and recently noticed a big change in staffing. The current staff is not as friendly and does not ask what you are looking for unless you are wanting to pay $20 up charge for gel. I would have gotten a higher tier of service if I had been asked. I ended up with the basic but even knowing this, it was sub par. My nails were shipped but then also the surface of the nails were filed. The exfoliating lasted maybe ten seconds and my feet are tougher than when I came in. The lotion massage was less than a minute per leg and she was essentially just rubbing lotion on my leg even when I asked for more pressure. The technician clearly did a rush job on the Polish because she had to clean up my edges on ever nail. Once I was done everyone kept rushing me to leave even though there was no line and I wanted to wait for my nails to fully dry since I had traditional polish. I used to love coming here because everyone was so friendly and took passion in their job and provided beyond excellent service. But I think it is time to again find a new nail salon again as it has gone down hill my last 2-3 visits.

Racist place. I’ve noticed that a lot of their bad reviews are from people from color that are not like them. I was ignored for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. And even when I walked out, no one said anything and cared. I then decided to walk back in and I was still ignored and they started talking in their native language. Then finally, I walked up to the woman and said hey you guys know I have an appointment why am I not being seen? She then starts talking to someone else and another language rather than addressing me. She then says someone can see me in five minutes. I wait another five minutes and I am still ignored. I came in for a gel Manicure & pedicure and I am a loyal customer never again will I spend money here. You have just missed out on thousands of dollars. If you are black, do not come here. You will not be treated with respect or decency. And hopefully for everyone else you guys can Also do something about it by not coming here anymore and supporting people that could care less about other others because they’re a darker complexion. How ignorant

Shitty service. Called to make an apportionment and said they can get me in only for them to have me sit there and wait for 30 minutes without acknowledging me at least one time. They were very unprofessional and not accommodating whatsoever. When I finally approached the woman for ignoring me for 30 whole minutes, she just looks at the other woman and starts talking in a different language and then says well, we can take care of you in five minutes and I’m curious to why you couldn’t take care of me the next 30 minutes. It takes someone to cause a scene for them to have good business. On top of that they use nasty, dirty equipment. Do not come here. It looks good on the outside, but on the inside, they’re nasty people and They don’t even sanitize and sterilize their equipment. I used to work in the dental field and none of their bags say sterile when they change color.
