KNN Nails Salon & Spa

I really didn’t want to leave this review, but as a loyal customer for several years, I feel compelled to speak up. My last two nail appointments here have been major disappointments. I came in two days ago for a gel manicure and pedicure- and the gel manicure is already peeling. The technician I booked was rushed, had another client when I arrived, and left my nail beds painfully sore and bleeding. The work was sloppy and my nails are already chipping. Last month when I came, my acrylics popped off after just nine days. I don’t know what’s changed, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. Again, I used to love this place. It’s disheartening to see how much the experience has changed.

I’m really sad to leave this review after being a loyal customer for over three years. KNN has always been my go-to — I even got my nails done here for my engagement and wedding because the quality and customer service were always outstanding. A few months ago, I went in to get my nails done with Andy, and unfortunately, the results weren’t up to KNN’s usual standards. My gel pedicure started peeling off after only four days, which has never happened before. The full set itself was also done pretty sloppily, and I’m not talking about just the design. There was acrylic on my skin! I was invited to come back and get them “fixed,” but I had already left for a week-and-a-half trip. When I did go in, the “fix” for my gel pedicure basically meant repainting over the existing gel instead of properly removing and redoing it. As for the full set “fix,” the gel polish I already had on was removed with the nail drill and then repainted — no fill was done, even though you could clearly see where the old acrylic was missing due to poor placement from the first full set or from nail growth. The end result looked bulky and uneven — honestly, it was embarrassing to have on. I still tipped the person who took the time to redo them (the male who works at the front) because he took the time to “fix” my nails. I’m disappointed to say this experience has made me hesitant to return, especially before another trip. I never thought I’d write a negative review about KNN, but I felt it was only fair to share my honest experience. Would you pay $100-120 for this? (My toes on the SECOND DAY OF MY TRIP😭😭😭😭))

Great staff who are so friendly and easy talking to! They offer water/drinks which is so kind of them. The space is really relaxing and cozy I definitely enjoyed my first time here! I would definitely recommend as a spot to anyone going to get their nails done for the first time. Andy was great!!

Lena did my nails, Brought them back to life after a long 5 weeks away from home! We used TG17 They look so pretty , thank u! She has so much patience cause I’m picky and I’m happy she was willing to fix the lil details that were bothering me! She’s really good at nails and super sweet!
