The team here is amazing and very detail-oriented. They took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I really appreciated the relaxing environment and friendly staff. This will definitely be my go-to salon from now on.

Their quality sucks and their attitudes suck as well. Last time I went, the nail tech (Tina) was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Two of the nails broke within days. Last weekend I got my nails done with Katie and walked out with multiple cuts. Also my nails look bulky. One broke within days and so I made an appointment to get it fixed. I drove in and after sitting for 15 minutes they told me no one knows how do to do acrylic. ???. I could wait until later for someone else to come in. Waste of my time and gas.

First time visiting, I requested natural dip powder, the tech recommended two dip powders, well she tries them and they were close to white nail polish. She proceeded to get upset for having to redo two nails, and says she doesn’t have time to try anymore, so pick which one you want . To add, I provided two natural colors, and the one she tried were recommended, it seems she was upset by rolling her eyes and not providing decent customer service on a Tuesday. I will not visit this nail salon, because if it’s such a bother to take care of the customer, then why do you work here. There was a total of three customers to include myself. The color requested is natural, simple, and on on my own nails. This was not a great experience or a warm welcome to new customers. Thanks, but no thanks. I left, and will go back to my salon around the corner. I live in the area, and decided to try it out. She was also on the phone the entire time.

My subsequent appointment with Lynn was unprofessional; she acted disrespectfully when I refused to let her use an overly aggressive drill technique to remove the last of the dip powder. This was due to a prior experience at another salon where that method had damaged my nail beds, leaving them thin and painful for nine months. After I expressed my concerns, manager Tracy stepped in and was understanding. She personally completed my manicure, and I returned for future appointments with her. However, after a June 27th visit, my top coat began peeling badly just two weeks later. When I returned for a correction, Tracy handled the issue with a serious attitude, which was the final factor in my decision to take my business elsewhere.
