Got a builder gel mani and gel pedi! The nail work was incredible and I will definitely come back. Very nice shop owner. It was expensive but I understand that’s the area. Only thing I’d suggest to them is that I would have appreciated being offered a water or beverage. Overall still a great spot :)

I loved my experience here. The owner and other stylists were very courteous and friendly. I got the perfect set of nails, too. My only complaint is that I don’t live in the area and won’t be able to come back!! Top notch service. My nails have never looked better or felt stronger than after Gloria did my gel x. I definitely recommend this place! AND I was able to walk in on short notice.

This was the most hospitable, accommodating, and thorough nail salon I’ve ever been to. Almost makes me wish I lived in Alexandria! They fixed my nails from an awful, rude place I went to in DC yesterday and the difference between the two salons is night and day. Highly recommend.

Update: there's a new technician Melissa and she's absolutely amazing! She's one of the few techs who do builder gel and she does an outstanding work. She's very precise and takes her time to make sure your nails look perfect. My area has tons of nail places, but unfortunately it's hard to find a really good one. My friend recommended me Cozy Nail and after getting my nails done here twice, I don't want to go anywhere else. There are several factors that make Cozy Nail better: 1) Online appointment system that works and there was never a wait time. 2) Beautiful decor, small place, not a "mass production". 3) Sweet manager who overlooks the technicians and makes sure everybody is happy. 4) Very professional technicians, they don't have private conversations amongst themselves, no headphones either. Unfortunately, I've seen this way too often in other places. They only focus on the client and their work. 5) They are willing to soak the gel off instead of filing it off. This is huge for me as my nails are naturally weak. 6) Prices are normal for the area.

First I’d like to say to the owner Mia what a beautiful job getting the salon remodeled, it’s bigger , brighter and very refreshing . I love Cozy Nail Salon for many reasons it’s always clean , all tools sterilized , the prices are very reasonable . Now for the best part that’s Sarah she loves what she does and it shows , she’s also very kind, caring and gentle , I never leave disappointed, always love my pedicure. You’ll find everyone there is very good and Mia the owner makes sure of that , she’s very welcoming and makes sure you leave happy. Ten stars ⭐️ for Cozy Nail Salon .
