The lady didn’t understand me. I said I wanted to protect my nails from chipping which is what I had done a couple of months ago there. She filed and cut and put a clear paint on my nails. She took 15 mins and charged $25 and a couple of my nails are not filed right and are jagged and catching on things so I had to re-file it myself. You need to ask for hard gel is what I learned but because she couldn’t understand what I wanted I got the short end of the stick. Pics from just last nights manicure.

Galaxy Nails & Spa's prioritizes speed over doing a clean, lasting, quality (or even decent) job. I came here for a gel manicure on my natural nails. Not only did they not shape a single nail the same direction, but within 2-3 days almost every nail started lifting, which should not happen with gel. There was also gel left on my skin, which not only looked messy but made the manicure chip faster. The whole appointment was rushed, and I actually scheduled online with a specific stylist, but instead was put with someone else. I was disappointed with the design they did, but it was alright, though the design actually already chipped partly off my nail. The reviews were great which was why we chose this salon, but unfortunately I wouldn't ever recommend this place.

First time at this location and I absolutely loved it! Tiffany is amazing! I wanted cat eye and she added some of her style (polka dots) and I freakin love it. The pictures don’t do my nails justice but it’s so beautiful. She is also easy going and so awesome to talk to. I love nail techs that are 100% real with you and Tiffany is that!!!! See you in a few weeks and I love love my nails, just wow. I also go a pedicure last minute….note to self don’t do that with straight leg jeans 🤣

Tiffany does such beautiful work! I brought an inspiration photo, and she made it happen in under an hour. So happy I found her! Highly recommend. The salon is clean, calm, and welcoming.

I visited Draper Parkway Galaxy Nails about a month ago and didn’t have the best experience, but I decided to give Galaxy Nails another try at this Draper Crossing location, and I’m so glad I did! Tiffany was amazing. She’s so sweet, pays close attention to detail, and her work is truly impeccable. I couldn’t be happier with my French tips. Everyone here was also so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Tiffany and this location!:)
