2025-12-10The manicure I received here absolutely destroyed my nails. The nail tech used a drill and ground off nearly all of my nails at the base. It’s been two and a half months and what was then the base of my nails are now about mid way up and lifting off, cracking, and splitting because they are too thin. It’s painful and even after using every nail strengthener and product I can find will still take another couple of painful months for my nails to grow out. My nail tech was in a hurry and careless despite my having booked in advance and paid and tipped for a group of six for manicures and pedicures for my sister’s bridal party. I didn’t want to make a big deal at the time to upset my sister or her bridal experience but this salon should have their nail drills confiscated.

2025-08-11Update: I went back and got another custom set and feel very happy about them. (Second photo) My only complaint this time is that the gel x glue used to attach on of my thumb nails has a bunch of excess underneath the nail that could have been filed down, but I didn’t notice until the next day. Otherwise happy with them! 🥰 I went to this location for the first time yesterday for a manicure and pedicure for my upcoming dance performance as the queen of hearts. They were kind enough to take me as a walk in and they matched the design and shape I wanted perfectly! 😍 I love them sooo much! 🥹❤️ I’ll definitely be coming back again.
