Posh Nail Bar

Myself and my best friend went in to get a set a piece. Nails. The first part was rough. We are both prior service, army and navy, and really don't get a chance to dp these type of experiences together. Long story short without the Owner, who i belive goes by Ma, I would have lost it because the first technician made my best friend cry. But she came over and fixed both of our nails and they were awesome for our gala the next evening for our military commander. We will back. Such a sweet and amazing lady.

I don’t have any complaints on my pedicure but I just started taking my daughter and I was told it was $5 for her . Today it was 7 and the polish wasn’t even put on thin , it was thick and looked a hot mess . Everytime i come the prices always changes . Theres no courtesy on fixing it just want to upcharge .

I went In there to get acrylic nails and she only put a tip on 3 of my nails you can see my index nail looks different , did a bad job at the nails these are the worst nails I have got. The book says they are 40$ but they charged me 60$ when these aren’t even worth 40$ in my opinion. He said these were extra because of the high arch? But did not ever say they were going to be 20 more dollars. Plus I did ask for the regular French tip but he did not hear me. He was being rude and not willing to do 40$ for these ugly nails. I didn’t even get what I asked for and had to pay extra. Bad establishment. Bad job and bad customer service.

I was a walk-in customer and was seated immediately for a manicure and pedicure, which I appreciated. The service was efficient, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, my nails were not fully dry when it came time to pay, which led to smudging as I tried to access my wallet and purse. Unfortunately, this caused some of my nails to become damaged before I even left the salon. To make matters worse, within just two days of my manicure, the nail polish began to peel off completely. I’ve never experienced nail polish lifting like press-ons, especially so soon after application. I had hoped for my nails to look great for my Thanksgiving visit to California to see family, but I was disappointed by the lack of durability in the polish. While the service itself was good, the quality of the manicure did not meet expectations for the price I paid. Typically, a manicure should last about two weeks, not two days.
