2025-04-19This was my first time visiting this new nail shop in the Tyler area. The salon itself is clean and well-organized, which I appreciated. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired—there wasn’t much of a warm welcome when I walked in. An older lady did both my nails and toes. While the pedicure turned out okay, the manicure was definitely not her strong suit. You can still see remnants of black polish from my previous set, and unfortunately, I was cut multiple times during the process. She was rough with my hands, pulling and handling them without much care, which made the experience uncomfortable. She sits in the second-to-last chair toward the end, and based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend her services. Thankfully, another tech stepped in to help with the polish and design. She even reshaped some of the nails that weren’t done correctly, and I really appreciated her effort to fix what she could.

2025-03-20First visit today but definitely NOT my last!! I received a warm welcome upon entering. The facility was very clean and in order. Different techs performed my services. Both did EXCELLENT jobs. I got a new set of solar nails and a pedicure. I'm looking forward to many more pleasant visits!!!

2025-09-05The service was excellent, welcoming and peaceful. I took my 3 year old as well get her finger nails painted. All the staff was interacted with her and made us feel welcomed and she felt so special and excited for her pink nail polish. Thank you super nails.
