2025-07-17Asked for nails to be done just like the picture. Nail tech failed to execute. He asked another associate for help and she couldn’t get it done either. I’m not one to complain except the woman tried to tell me it was my fault it wasn’t coming out right bc I wasn’t giving them enough time to get it done right. I’ve been here 2 hours going on 3. At this point I’m just fed up, you blame me for your nail tech inability to recreate a simple nail design. They still charge me full price and tell me next time I need to request for the nail tech to look at the picture to see if they are able to do the job. I’m still amazed at the incompetence and the lack of professionalism from the front desk woman.

2025-03-10Talk about a 5 star experience. I went here with my bridesmaids for a bachelorette party. They treated us so well and did such an excellent job. May/My did my pedicure, she we extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Candy did my nails and they turned out fabulous. I would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon.

2024-09-30I go here every 3 weeks for a pedicure. I’ve always had a good experience until yesterday. The technician did an absolutely horrible job. He didn’t do any cuticle work or prep the skin around my nails. My nails are uneven and not shaped. The gel polish looks like it’s grown out instead of freshly done. Really disappointed on follow up from management. Update: I spoke with the manager who was so kind. She graciously offered for me to come back to have my nails redone. The technician did such a wonderful job and I felt so taken care of. The manager even followed up with me after to make sure I had a good experience. This is my go to nail salon in Tyler and I will continue to come here and recommend to friends as well.
