I’ve been going to Jennie for about a year and she is honestly the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Every time I show her a design or a picture she does it exactly how I want it and sometimes it looks even better than the reference. My nails always turn out so good and they actually last. They usually stay on for about a month and I’ve had sets from her for over a month that still looked great. I always leave loving my nails and I recommend her to everyone.

I had such a great experience here. Dolly did my nails and she was amazing. She really focused on the details and made sure everything looked perfect. She took her time and you can tell she really cares about her work. Mike did my pedicure and he was awesome too, super professional and made it really relaxing. Both of them were so friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I left really happy with how everything turned out! Love this place and will be returning again soon!

First and foremost, I wanna say that my technician did an amazing job. The artwork came out fantastic; However, recently, I’ve stumbled across an issue which I’ve never ever had before in my life….. A few of my nails, having this problem, I could see happening but all of my Nails having this problem ain’t no way ….Not to mention, my toes are starting to have the same problem, I didn’t start having this issue until I started coming here so I really hate to say it, and I’m not trying to bash this company by any means i’m just being completely transparent and 100% truthful on what I’ve observed the last few times I’ve came here but I’m pretty sure their tools do not get sanitized properly and I speak from personal experience because I do nails. I just don’t do mine because I’m lazy and it’s hard to do my opposite hand.. I loved coming here while it lasted, but unfortunately unless I can get Reimbursed some kind of way for the set I paid $400 for… Which is about $200 for my mani $200 for my pedi that didn’t even last me a whole week…. Realistically they started falling off the first week I even got them ….The ironic part about all this is, I’ve went other places before and even when the fake nails come off, they are never this bad whether I get acrylic, gel x, dip, or whatever…. This is completely unacceptable and I spend a few hundred dollars on my nails every time I come in so I would recommend fixing this problem or you guys are gonna lose a loyal customer.

I had an appointment at 11am on 11/01/2025 and was greeted immediately and taken to my seat for service so all was hopeful! Now, I’ve been a regular for about a year now but after today I may have to reconsider. I had a manicurist and pedicurist, both never gave me their name but immediately started on my service. The pedicurist was nice but really messed up the skin/surface around my big toenails and caused swelling, redness, and bleeding. I’m pretty sure she cut a potentially ingrown part of my nail. She kept telling me that I have “extra” skin around the nail and then proceeded to show me what she pulled out with the cuticle tool. After she was done with the service she went to go get hydrogen peroxide spray from the back and sprayed it all over my toes. BIG RED FLAG. The manicurist on the other hand was rude from the get go. She was rushing the entire process and was mad that I had black dip powder on previously and was annoyed that it got everywhere when filing my nails down. She didn’t even ask how I wanted them just shaped and painted while huffing and puffing the whole time. Every time she grabbed my hand she’d pull or throw it when she needed it or was done so I clearly knew she was not happy during our service time. My nails are uneven and she left all of the old powder on my hands and new polish on my fingers. As I said earlier I am a monthly regular and it saddens me that this is how I was treated today. I was just so uncomfortable that I paid for what I got and left. For $100+ I should’ve just gone somewhere else. It’s 10:45pm and my toes hurt so bad from the pedicure!!

Kaitlyn is AMAZING!! If you book with her you seriously won’t be disappointed! Her application is always perfect, all the way from the shape to the design. My last set with Kaitlyn was gel x and lasted 9 weeks. Yes you read that correctly. Over 2 months!!! She is truly amazing and I love talking to her while she gives me the most perfect nails!!! Couldn’t ask for a better nail tech! If you come to RC you absolutely need to book with Kaitlyn, she’s seriously the best!!!
