Artisan Nail Bar

Today was my first time here and I had a very lovely experience. My nails turned out beautifully and the staff was very kind and friendly. I think I'm definitely going to be a regular after this. So glad this place opened up right down the street. Update: so I've been coming here for the past 2 months and today I got my nails done by Mia. She gave me some really cool Halloween themed nails and they turned out beautiful. I had a really great experience with her and she's very creative. Thanks Mia!

Great nail salon highly recommend! Will did an excellent job on my child’s nails with tremendous patience and passion toward his work. He was very gentle and worked without rushing, even past the 7 PM closing time. The salon was super clean, and we were welcomed with drinks and great customer service.

I had really high hopes for this new nail salon in Prosper. Aesthetically, it looks beautiful—modern, clean, and well-decorated. No complaints there. Unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to the upscale appearance or the high price point. My manicure and NexGen dip were fine. The technician was kind and tried to do a good job, and I appreciated her effort. But the pedicure was a different story. The technician didn’t trim my cuticles, and when I pointed it out—along with a crooked nail—he brushed it off. He applied the polish sloppily—it genuinely looked like a fifth grader painted it. When I asked him to fix it, he gave attitude and said it was just the way my nail was growing. The female manager came over but didn’t do much to correct the issue. She kept asking if I wanted to remove the polish and do something else, but that wasn’t the problem—I actually liked the color and it matched my nails. It was just a very messy application. Considering how expensive the visit was, the 20% off promo is the only thing that brings the price in line with other local salons. Sadly, even with the discount, I left disappointed and most likely won’t be back.

Great experience and really nice place. Haley and Amy were so nice and they did an amazing job on a complicated design my daughter chose. Nice management and good vibe! Our new go-to nail salon!

Bibi and Kimmi did such a great job!! I’ll definitely be coming back! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and my pedicure was so relaxing. It’s a beautiful salon with top notch customer service!
