L’ Amitié Nail Spa

I’m extremely disappointed with the place it’s my 3rd visit. I came in Tuesday evening at 4 o’clock for acrylic and a pedicure with gel polish by the time I was getting ready for the concert my nails started to peel. I called the very next day they, They claimed to booked they made an appointment for me for today at 10 AM upon my arrival. They were very upset with the fact that I had to come back in. They did re-polish the nails and fix my pedicure however it’s now 540 and my nails are starting to peel off again. I immediately call because I have another engagement tonight and the lady told me that she’s sorry there’s nothing that she can do their clothes. I explained the importance of my engagement tonight and she blew it off. I’ve seen several other women come into this shop and with broken or chipped nails they were accommodated immediately I am a woman of color and I’ve seen this happen to other women of color at this particular shop and I do not recommend going here or spending your money with these people. I didn’t ask could I come in to just get the two pot two nails repolished I live three less than 3 miles away. She refused said they were closed. They close at 6 o’clock. I could’ve clearly made it before. Then this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.!!!!!!!

Absolutely the best nail salon in the Prosper area! The staff here makes you feel like family—they know you by name and truly care about making sure you're happy with your service. They take the time and effort to ensure everything is perfect before you leave. Big shout out to Pam ( my nail fashionista), Minh (Best pedi’s always with well needed foot massages), Lee Ann aka Lian ( my husbands fav) and Michelle (My son’s fav) always going above and beyond. Your hard work and kindness are genuinely appreciated. Thank you so much for all you. I always get compliments about my nail. The Palmer family truly appreciate you.

The area, atmosphere and facility are nice , clean and neat. But some of the nail specialists are not detail oriented. He did my nails but around the nails are not clean, there is no subtlety in his work.

Best place for manicure and pedicure! Always clean with a great atmosphere. Danny is the best, he always take care of my pedicure and dip powder nails. I absolutely recommend this place. I am regular customer and I enjoy every time at this nails spa.
