2025-08-28I went to this Salon yesterday for the first time to get my nails done. I don't remember the nail tech's name who helped me but she had blonde highlights. I wanna say she was extremely sweet and one of the most gentle techs I've had the pleasure of getting serviced by. However, the nail structure/art is not very good and I don't believe it was worth the price I was charged ($95). The apex is non existent on my nail and everytime my nail brushes up against something, it gets a bit sore. My nails are also dented in closer to the tops because of poor application. I don't know if this was her first time using blooming gel either but the design was also done poorly. I would've paid $75- $80 for the quality. Like I said, very sweet and gentle but she absolutely needs more practice. I don't know that I would get my nails done again from this tech specifically but other than that the environment is nice and all people were very kind.

2025-09-30It's so hard to find a good nail tech in a new city but if you are new to Austin, stop looking, come to Queen in Pflugerville and ask for Jenny. Always an amazing job on my nails and I'm very picky about color and shape, here I can relax and let Jenny do my nails without watching the whole process because they always come out stunning. She is meticulous when it comes to shaping my nails and getting the lengths to match even with my bent finger and uneven nail beds.

I have lived here for 8 years and this is best place if you like kindness, quality work, accuracy nail designs, and a peaceful environment.
