I am always happy with my nails here. The gel x and hard gel manicure help me keep my real nails the length I want without breaking and the best part is they are within hospital dress code. Highly recommend the service here. Check out my new Christmas manicure.

Update: still great! Came back for vacation nails for a UK trip, they turned out lovely and are still on weeks later. Pedicure was great and left my feet feeling very soft. First came here later in the evening with my friend to get our nails done on her recommendation! The nails turned out so beautiful! My technician took time to help me come up with nice designs for my nails and he gave me a pretty ombré effect to fill in and blend with the color from my last set of light pink nails with a new design. They were all very nice, funny, and personable. It was very fun! Great prices too, and excited to come back for a pedicure!

I was pleasantly surprised by my great experience at Pfinnesse Salon. It's a bit nerve wrecking trying a new place, but the customer service was great and the nail techs did a great job. It's a quaint space in downtown Pflugerville. It felt very warm and welcome. I got a regular pedicure and gel-x for the first time, done by Jasmine.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came in for a very simple service—just to remove my acrylic nails. Unfortunately, the technician did a terrible job. She used the electric drill very aggressively, causing me discomfort and even pain. That’s the only reason I didn’t ask her to fix the poor job she had done—I didn’t want to go through more pain. There was also a significant language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate my concerns. When she said she was “done,” I looked at my hands and was shocked to see that she had left acrylic residue on every single nail. Yes, the price is cheap, but this experience was a clear case of getting what you pay for. I ended up leaving upset and will now have to go somewhere else to get my nails properly cleaned up. I’ve been coming to Pfinesse Salon & Spa for over four years now, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Steve is absolutely amazing with every single service he does! From my hair coloring to my gel-X nails! His attention to detail and creativity always leave my nails looking flawless and lasting beautifully. For pedicures, Anna is my go-to. She’s gentle, thorough, and makes every visit feel like a spa day. The salon is always clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are friendly and professional. It’s rare to find such consistently great service, but [Salon Name] delivers every single time!
