Grandlux Nail Salon - Eldorado

I have been coming to this Grandlux location since summer 2023, and I refuse to go anywhere else even though there is another location closer to where I live among other nail studios. I like the flexibility of being allowed to both call ahead to schedule appointments or drop by as a walk in. While they do excellent work and my nails are stronger than they’ve ever been, the couple times one of my nails has chipped or broken within a week or so of having them done, I have been invited to come back for them to fix the broken nail free of charge. While I have one nail tech who knows me well and who I prefer working with, I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the other techs I’ve used when mine is unavailable or out of town. I like to do different colored French tips, and my nail technician is always incredibly accommodating and helpful when it comes to helping me find the right colors based off of my Pinterest inspirations :P

We love Grand Lux on El Dorado. Every time my family and I come here they welcome us like we’re family. My grandmother stayed the summer with us visiting from California, and she’s spoiled by the service here. They treat her like a royal queen every time she comes in and it just warms her heart. The service and quality is top notch! If you’re looking for a nice clean shop with great customer service, the search is over 😊.

I had such a great experience at the nail shop today! Everyone was super friendly and took amazing care of me, my sister and my mom! Special shout out to Kristina at the front for being so welcoming and Helen who did my nails — we had so much in common, and she has such a great personality! My nails turned out beautiful, and I really enjoyed the conversation. I’ll definitely be back soon. 💅🏽✨

If I could i would give them -1 star , it was my worst experience at the nail salon ever, from the front desk person to every single person there who give my family services, i went there with my husband and my 5 year old for pedicure and nail polish for my little one , the tools were not sanitary and the workers were so rude and not welcoming, they were absolutely horrible and careless for costumers, not patient with the five year-old and absolutely acting rude to her ! Im so surprise they are still in the business with this attitude ! Not recommended to anyone specifically for kids ! That was my first and last time visiting them!

Me & my husband went today get a pedicure together. This was my husband first time & he was nervous. However, once he saw how nice it was & he got into the massage chair he started to Relax. Linda did such a great job , very gentle checked on him periodically to make sure he was doing ok & overall she was so nice. Henry was the specialist who did my pedicure & he was also awesome. Super nice, was gentle when massaging my legs. Plus gave us some great travel ideas. Something I noticed the techs/specialists allow their clients to guide if they want to quietly relax or want to chat. Overall we left incredibly relaxed, legs & feet more hydrated/soft than ever before . Our toes pedicured to perfection. We’re both looking forward to our next time!! See you in 2 weeks!
