I’ve been going to Hibiscus Nail Bar consistently for over a year now, and I can confidently say it’s the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. Every visit is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and that’s thanks to the incredibly kind, talented, and professional staff—especially Hannah, who has been doing my nails since my very first appointment! Hannah is an absolute gem—always so patient, friendly, and attentive to detail. No matter what style I ask for, she nails it every time! I’ve included photos of some of my favorite sets from the past year, and I always get compliments on my nails thanks to her amazing work. The whole team at Hibiscus is warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is clean, stylish, and calming—perfect for a little self-care. They’re also incredibly accommodating with scheduling and always make sure you leave happy and satisfied with your service. If you’re looking for a new go-to nail spot, I can’t recommend Hibiscus Nail Bar enough. And definitely ask for Hannah—you’ll be so glad you did!

0. These are the result of my nails a day after I got them done and imagine how terrible they look now after a week. This was such a disappointment and waste of my time/money. If they used higher quality products this wouldn't have occurred. My husband called and asked them while I was at work if they can do anything for me on the next visit because we were flying out of state but they insisted I go in the same day or the next day which is inconsiderate of them because I spent a while getting them done to begin with but regardless I knew if they "fixed" my nails the products they used were poor quality and it would just scratch again very easily. I just wanted to warn others the Gel X isn't worth it at all especially paying $100 for these nails they should've been better quality and lasted me longer. Although the design was pretty and I initially loved it, it just wasn't worth it and I’m just annoyed with the service. Not to mention, they never gave me a hand massage, lotion or the hot towel that is included with the service because she was rushing to do another customer’s nails. I’ll 100% be finding another salon that will give me my money’s worth and actually invest in better products for my nails. I rather leave happy and satisfied with my service!

This nail salon is perfect for quality nail services, ample color options, and a tranquil environment. I found the front desk folks and service providers to all be super friendly. I was able to communicate my needs and hear great feedback about which services would take care of my nails. Mia attended to my acrylic set with gel while Nancy provided an amazing pedicure. Both attended to detail very well.

I’ve been here a few times when Sam was here and he did a great job. For some reason he isn’t here any more. I had a horrible experience today. At first I wanted silver chrome polka dots but then before we started the nail color process I told the girl I wanted silver chrome French tip. The girl put black French tip on and added silver chrome on top. It looked like a light black chrome rather than silver. It started clumping so she had to filed all 10 nails down. She then asked me if we could do something easier and asked if we could go back to the polka dots so I said sure just to finish up my nails that we’re taking forever. She then proceeded to put on silver cat eye that you can barely see. It’s nothing like my inspo pics. I told this to the front desk and she gave me $10 off. She told me she would give me someone “good” next time……. I feel like this deserves half off with how much time I sat there for her mistakes and then for it to not even turn out like I wanted. I hate to leave a bad review because I have been coming here and Magnolia for quite a while now but I simply will not be returning after my last visit. Let me start by saying the staff here is really sweet, they’ve always been accommodating, the techs have always been very sweet as well. I recently came in 7/12 got a brand new full set and pedicure. 3-4 days later one of my nails popped off and 4 were already lifting at the cuticle. I came in got the one nail fixed, the tech only glued one of the lifting nails and by the time I noticed the others weren’t fixed, she was already sitting down helping someone else. I still tipped even though I was not charged for the nail to be fixed and I shouldn’t have. That was a Wednesday, By Saturday I was missing 2 nails that just popped off and 1 that was previously lifting and now painfully hanging by a thread. I called the stop as soon as they opened the following week and the manager told me that it was basically my care of the nails and set an appointment for me to come in and pay for a whole new full set after 2 weeks and 3 days. I work from home. I type M-F. The lack of customer service, accommodation or consideration is absolutely insulting. Especially when I am no random customer and I treat everyone in the shop with respect. I paid $160 just to not even be able to enjoy my set. I have had interviews and weddings that I have attended with nails that I have been gluing down since day 1. I will not be returning, I did try calling the shop again but the manager blocked me. I was never rude to him at all. My right hand also still has every nail intact, I am right handed. So any woman also knows what that means. You can also see how my cuticles/nails have barely grown out. I also posted pictures of the nails that are lifting and have been lifting since week 1 on my right hand.
