2025-07-03This was a great experience! The whole salon and stylists were welcoming, helpful and efficient. The young man the worked up front this morning was excellent too. He was kind and proficient. My stylist was Billy and he was fun, gentle and an expert. My old salons would cut up my nails and skin with a nail file or were rude and harsh but I didn’t experience any of that here. The reviews were true! I will say one downside is that it is a little more pricey and misleading because prices are much different than the website said when I booked it. Still - it was a great experience! Will definitely go again :)

2025-06-13The salon was aesthetically pleasing, and didn’t have the overpowering chemical smell you often find in nail salons. The music was at a perfect volume — calming and peaceful — and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. However, I’m leaving this review to share an important part of my experience. After receiving a VIP pedicure, I unfortunately developed what appears to be a fungal infection in one of my toenails. I don’t typically get pedicures often, so this was both surprising and concerning. I debated writing this because I genuinely enjoyed the salon and the people, but I believe it’s important to be transparent so others in our community can make informed decisions. Nail salons — even beautiful, high-end ones — must follow strict sanitation protocols. I hope this feedback is received with the spirit it’s intended: with care and concern, not criticism. I want to see VIP Nails & Spa thrive and continue serving Liberty Hill with the high standards our growing town deserves.

I searched up the reviews and chose this location and Julie as the nail tech, I am so glad I did! They have convenient online booking with pricing for each service you select. Hours are great too! I have seen Julie about 7 times so far and love her work! I highly recommend VIP Nails in Liberty Hill!
