Chic N Charm Nail Salon & Spa

I am very picky when it comes to where I get a pedicure done because most salons do a poor job, they don't know how to do it properly. Chic and Charm is by far the best salon I have been to in years. The owner, Christy, is very welcoming and friendly. The salon is very serene and relaxing. I love that they have curtains on both sides that allow for complete relaxation and privacy when getting a pedicure done. The nail technicians (mine was Snow) are very caring and knowledgeable. They are great with ingrown toenails. They use wonderful and relaxing scented packets to do the pedicures. You are offered a soft drink or water. My daughter and I love love love this place and will definitely keep going back every time. Highly recommended.

I came here with my sister-in-law for manicures and pedicures. Both the owner Ellie, and my nail technician, Lee, were so nice, friendly and professional. Ellie worked with my sister-in-law. We both chose the spa pedicure which was so nice and relaxing. My sister-in-law who lives here in Laredo said she would be coming to this salon from now on. If I lived here, I would be too. This salon is a year old and everything is new and very clean. Will be back when I am in Laredo!

Love this salon and its comfortable atmosphere! Good vibes. I’ve gone with ceci for gel and fatima for acrylics! They’re both so kind!

I’m extremely upset and disappointed. My appointment was at 11:30 and I waited an hour and no one could start on me. Multiple walk ins came in and were taken. I told them I’ll take anyone. I ended up just leaving. I had booked a gel x nails and an express manicure.

I regret not asking my nail techs name, but she was AMAZING!!! She paid so much attention to the details and she was one of the few techs that don’t scoff at me when I ask for short nails. I was here on a visit from Austin and she surpassed the metropolitan nail techs I go to. I will definitely be back when I come back to visit!
