My first attempt to have my nails done at this salon was unsuccessful because they were quite busy and I was a walk -in so I decided I must return and I am glad I did. The service is incredible. The staff is really professional . I had my mani and pedi done by Ms Holly & Kham. They were both lovely and did a good job. I also liked how cute their seasonal balloon decor was plus I got a nice tote bag as a first time guest. I will definitely return .

Front desk is always so welcoming right as you enter, never had a bad experience here. As long as you communicate, your technicians will always make sure they take care of you to your liking! One thing that sets this salon apart from others that I love is how they change up their monthly seasonal pedicures. Each time I come in, it's always a different theme and keeps me anticipating for my next visit. Their app makes it so easy to book an appointment with my technicians at any time I want. They offer discounts when you book ahead and pay with cash, so so convenient! Love everyone a part of the Polished Team, will never go anywhere else!

I have been a loyal customer of Polished Nails since March 2017, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Over the years, I have consistently received excellent service from their talented and friendly staff. The salon is always impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The nail technicians are not only skilled but also attentive to detail, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant experience. Whether it's a manicure, pedicure, or any other service, they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. This place is absolutely horrible! My mom came in with a ingrown nail that was hurting her very badly, the second we walked in we could tell the vibe was bad. It smelt like fish and jt was very dark. The manager came to see what we wanted and was very impolite. My mom asked her “hi how are you” and she just nodded her head and looked at her nails. While the girl was cleaning her toes for her, she started hurting my mom very badly to thr point where she couldn’t stay still. The manager came and told her to leave and go to a doctor because she couldnt stay still. After all, she still wanted us to pay, they didnt do anything for us to pay for any services, She got very mad and followed us to the door. Right after we left we went to another nail salon and they cleaned it right away with now problems and she felt relieved. This place is very rude, disrespectful and the people were very impolite!!! We shouldve realized from the reviews and the fact that there was no one at the salon.

My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday by going to the salon where she received wonderful compliments and treatment from the staff! It was her first time and she absolutely loved the experience! We will be returning customers for sure!
