⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to Lakehouse Nails before and initially felt the prices were a little on the higher side, but since I live right next to the salon, I decided to give them another chance. I’m glad I did—my nail tech did a phenomenal job! The shape and color came out absolutely perfect, and I was very happy with the quality of the service. One thing I did notice is that I wasn’t offered a beverage during my visit, which is something I usually receive at other salons. I also typically go to Sunterra Nails since they send out weekly 10–15% off coupons via text, and I love the savings. My only recommendation would be for Lakehouse Nails to create a similar program with weekly offers or rewards. Along with ensuring every client is offered a drink, I think it would help attract more customers and keep people coming back instead of driving a little further for discounts. I was super excited to get a mani pedi at nine months pregnant and really looking to relax. As soon as I walked in they were playing the most ridiculous sounding Christmas music. It sounded like robots or chipmunks. It was extremely obnoxious. I received a gel mani & pedi. My manicure was fine, however it is already starting to lift and it’s only been a week. My pedicure though was absolutely horrible. Not only was my nail techs cart super dirty but she did a lousy job. I wouldn’t be surprised if I got a fungus in my toes. During the massage, if you can call it that (she just stroked my shins for 10 minutes) she went into a tub of cream that she just scooped out with her dirty gloves. The smell of the lotion was so rancid. After she was done putting on the gel all of my toenails were crooked and the gel never cured so it was smearing everywhere. Instead of starting over she just kept trying to add more topcoat and curing under the light. I was so upset when I got home. I’ve never received such a terrible pedicure. I definitely will not be back. Not worth paying over $100 for such an awful service.

The lady was super sweet!!! I just overall I’m not really happy with my nails. The chrome has worn off completely and it hasn’t even been an hour. The cost was over $70 just for a full set I’m used to paying $45. I honestly won’t be going back for a set.

I try really hard not to give negative reviews but I have a negative experience each time I come. I keep coming back because maybe the staff just had an off day but it’s just proven to be consistently bad. Today I went and asked for “Princess Pink” it was a very specific pink, with tiny glitter. I showed them the number, they repeated the number and I thought I didn’t need to babysit what was going on. I figured I could just zone out and let them do their job. No. They painted my toes a very ugly purple. A Barney purple. I hate purple. There’s not even any glitter in it. Also, look at how ugly my toes are painted. They truly look like I let a little kid paint them for me. Pretty embarrassing. The previous visit I also got a pedicure. But that time I had shellac that needed to be removed. They used the tool to take my shellac off and they cut the skin near two of my toes badly making me bleed. They were open wounds. It was only after I asked if I can just leave that they stopped to clean up the bleeding toes. Of course it burned and it was so unpleasant and it burned for days afterwards. Which is why when I went today I removed the shellac myself before showing up bc I don’t feel like I can truly relax and not get hurt. I’m done wasting time and money on experiences I don’t enjoy. I would rather drive half an hour to the next closest salon.
